Spiced Chutney Glaze

Spice Chutney Glaze     

Good on poultry, pork or ham


1 cup orange juice

½ cup water

½ cup seedless raisins

1/3 cup red currant jelly

1 tablespoon grated orange peel

¼ cup light brown sugar, packed to measure

1 tablespoon GravyMaster®

1 jar (10 ounces) chutney

Dash of cinnamon



Combine all ingredients in saucepan, simmer 5 minutes.  Pour into blender container, 1 cup at a time.  Cover and blend until pureed.  Makes about 3 cups glaze.
