Ingredients

4 tablespoons of fat left over in the pan after cooking meat (or substitute butter or margarine)
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups water
1 teaspoon GravyMaster®

Directions

  1. Start with 4 tablespoons of fat left over in the pan after cooking meat (or substitute butter or margarine).
  2. Blend in 4 tablespoons flour over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Slowly stir in 2 cups water and pan drippings.
  4. Boil gently five minutes.
  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon GravyMaster®.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 cups perfect gravy.
