Less than 20 minutes
1 packet (0.70 ounce) Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon GravyMaster®
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon vinegar
Dash Tabasco® sauce
1 pound lean ground beef, shaped into 4 thick patties
Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on package.
Stir in GravyMaster®, catsup, vinegar and Tabasco®.
Brush hamburgers with catsup mixture and place on broiler pan.
Broil 3 inches from heat source for 5 minutes, basting with sauce once or twice.
Turn burgers over and baste again.
Broil until done as you like them. Makes 4 servings.
