Marinades

Marinades tenderize as well as add distinctive flavor.  Pour into a ziplock bag and add your choice of meat, fish or chicken.  Let stand 4 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend and penetrate.
